I am a PhD-trained scientist with 20 years of experience in biomedical research, focusing on cancer, infectious diseases, and other health challenges, with specialized expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS). My journey began on a small island in Spain, where I pursued my passion for science all the way to earning my PhD in Barcelona, before advancing my research career at Mount Sinai in New York City.
During the pandemic, I took on the role of a science communicator on a local radio station in Tenerife, making complex concepts accessible to the public. This reinforced my belief that knowledge is only powerful when it is understood by everyone.
Beyond the lab, I founded 'Painting Mountains Pink,' a hiking fundraiser to support cancer patients, which showcased my leadership and ability to bring people together around an important cause. Through this initiative, I led my community in raising awareness and funds, demonstrating my dedication to making a real-world impact.

Transitioning to Medical Sales
My interest in sales took shape through my work and community experiences.
